Checkpoint meetings are our regular weekly meetings which we have every Monday at 7pm in Nanaimo. These meetings serve as a specific place and time to find support and connection in a player's journey.

Like in a video game, a checkpoint is a place to save your progress and recollect yourself after obstacles, challenges or setbacks. At every meeting we share our wins of the week and assess the progress on our individual missions. Doing this with other players helps keep us accountable and also gives us support when we are stuck in our journey and need guidance. Very often these meetings lead to deeply insightful and inspiring discussions about life.

The Hearts Talks is our signature event which anyone and everyone is welcome to attend. This dinner style event is where our Lyfecraft players put themselves out of their comfort zone by doing public speaking and give a special talk from the heart. It's an inspiring evening bringing together heart-centred people.

A core aspect of the Lyfecraft program is creating opportunities for people to expand their comfort zone and build their resilience. The most powerful activity that we can do to help facilitate our personal expansion is public speaking and we have realized that public speaking is something that homeschoolers don't have as much opportunity to practice which is why we wanted to create this program for homeschoolers, but any youth ages 14-17 are welcome to join.

In this 10 week program, youth will be guided through the 10 key aspects of building their life path and they will be supported to work on a mission project and also prepare for presenting a Heart Talk.
